Most woman in the earth is anti-smoking because it have toxic fumes and dangerous for health.  Sometime for some woman want smoking for relax.  Until bring about to habit-forming smoking.  How to stop smoking ????????.

 
 
     The study realize that stopping isn’t easy, and understand that withdrawal symptoms are temporary, lasting only for 1-2 weeks.  Most relapses occur in the fist week after stopping, and other relapses occur in the first three months.  Most successful ex-smokers only stop for good after several attempts.  When you cut down, make the idea of smoking unpleasant and inconvenient.  Immediately after stopping, spend time in places where smoking isn’t allowed, drink large quantities of water and fruit juice, and try to avoid drinks (tea, coffee, and alcohol) that you associate with smoking.  Avoid temptation.
